Terms of purchase

1. Ordering & pricing

  • All prices are displayed in SEK, EUR, USD, and GBP, including VAT where applicable.
  • An order is confirmed once you receive your order confirmation by email.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing or product information.

2. Payment

Payment is made through the payment options available at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment service provider.

3. Delivery

  • Sweden 2 – 3 working days
  • Worldwide in 5 – 10 working days
  • If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • You have the right to cancel your purchase if delivery is significantly delayed.

4. Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer, you have 14 days right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. The withdrawal period begins the day you receive your product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@sharpmeup.com and include your order number. Products must be unused and in essentially unchanged condition.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Complaints & defective products

If the product is defective, you have the right to complain under the consumer purchase act. Contact us as soon as possible at info@sharpmeup.com. Complaints can be made up to 3 years after purchase. We replace or refund defective products in accordance with the law.

6. Refunds

Refunds are made through the same payment method used at purchase. Refunds are issued as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the product or confirmed your complaint.

7. Personal data (GDPR)

We process your personal data to manage orders, payments, deliveries, and customer communication. We only store data necessary for these purposes and never share it with unauthorized parties.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control (force majeure), including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or interruptions in transport or communication systems.
